Tessa was keen to support the local cider makers at a recent Parliamentary reception.
This was the annual meeting of the All Party Parliamentary Group, run by the Cider Industry to raise issues around cider apple growing and cider manufacture amongst Parliamentarians.
Tessa said, “This is a key industry in Somerset which I totally support. Although as I don’t drink any alcohol I have it on good authority that the best cider is Somerset cider!”
